Nowadays the domestic membrane filter manufacturing technology is becoming more and more mature, the membrane filter for localization research was studied by Zhujiang brewery, which was focusing on optimizing the cleaning sterilization process, including the cleaning liquid, cleaning frequency, cleaning temperature and other factors of cleaning methods, not only groping out the least damage to the membrane but also can ensure the cleaning effect, as far as possible to extend the life of the membrane, and finally developed the best cleaning process suitable for its use, so that the filtration effect reached the same level as the import filter, and achieved the minimum comprehensive cost under the premise of ensuring quality. In the ‘13th Five-Year Plan period’, Zhujiang brewery successfully realized the membrane filter local application, and at the same time improved the membrane filtration life, the overall cost decreased by more than 25%. After optimizing the cleaning process, the volume of membrane increased more than 50%.
